Avelino,

Thanks for the good word. Go ahead and use my conversions of
SoX code for your Psycle, though you appear to already have a
good handle on the effects. My copyright for your use is not clear,
but you can use the SoX copyright of use-for-any-purpose to be
the same as my copyright notice and maintained either in the code
when the source is distributed or in the `about' screen when
distributing binary. On the `about' screen you would say:
----
Source code used in this software is available from the following
authors and is freely redistributable and may be used for any
purpose. This copyright notice must be maintained for the following
copyright holders. These copyright holders are not responsible for
the consequences of using this software.

Copyright (C) 1998 Juergen Mueller And Sundry Contributors
       (SoX: Sound eXchange)
       chorus.c August 24, 1998
Copyright 2000 Neil Nelson <address@hidden>
       soxchorus.c June 26, 2000
----

And of course, there are different SoX authors depending on
the code used such that you may need to add additional
copyright lines for the different authors and list the several
programs under each author. It is not likely you will need
to provide the source code if you are distributing in binary as
you will have changed it and the original source can be
obtained from the indicated sources.

In the source code you would say:
-----
* Copyright (C) 1998 Juergen Mueller And Sundry Contributors
*       (SoX: Sound eXchange)
*       chorus.c August 24, 1998
* Copyright 2000 Neil Nelson <address@hidden>
*       soxchorus.c June 26, 2000
* This source code is freely redistributable and may be used for
* any purpose. This copyright notice must be maintained. The
* above authors are not responsible for the consequences of
* using this software.
-----

Sincerely,

Neil Nelson
