I do not know how to reproduce the bug. When I ssh'd back into the computer
on which the bug occurred, I could not cd to /mit/octave. fs listacl
/mit/octave gives
Access list for octave/ is
Normal rights:
system:swmaint rlidwka
system:expunge ld
system:authuser rl
alexp rlidwka
I am none of the above, so I shouldn't have been able to cd into that
directory in the first place.
