Details:
If an oct file is placed in a directory that is added to the path using a
relative path it will not work.
A workaround is to add the absolute path to as path, like this:
addpath(canonicalize_file_name("relative/path"));
I attach a test script and a log of tests on 3.0, 3.2 and 3.3. It works on
3.0, and fails on 3.2 and 3.3.
