Follow-up Comment #8, bug #31803 (project octave): John, My understanding is that there is a history of requests to fix this. That doesn't mean a new request won't be successful though. Rik, My understanding is that each terminal is implemented differently. Meaning the linestyle and linewidth for the major and minor grids are not consistent for all terminals. If we only draw the missing grid lines they may not have the same appearance as the others.
