Update of bug #33428 (project octave):
Status: None => Fixed
Open/Closed: Open => Closed
Summary: error call doesn't accpet the empty struct. => error
() function doesn't accept the empty struct

Follow-up Comment #1:
The problem was actually more with nargchk which should have returned a scalar
struct, instead of an array struct. I patched nargchk, nargoutchk, and error
in this changeset (http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/4972eb61c6d6).
To access the fix you will need to build from the development sources.
