summary: src/graphics.cc: Consistent log-scale axis tick labels.
When I try the sample code loglog (1:400) I get tick labels that use xxe+yy
which seems okay. It's still not quite as nice as 10^0, 10^1, etc. but the
fltk seems to lack the back-end Tex interpreter.
