Details:
Hello,
please find enclosed a patch in order to make streams locale aware:
oct-stream.h:
- added octave_base_stream::imbue as avirtual function doing nothing
- added octave_stream::imbue which calls imbue on underlying input_stream and
output_stream if present
file-io.cc:
- use the second form, when the third argument is a string, to set the locales
from this string. Once set, locales are not restored to their previous state.
Please apply
Pascal
