Follow-up Comment #3, bug #34656 (project octave):
FWIW Matlab has;
xlim = [1, 10^0.3[
xtick = 10.^[0 0.1 0.2 0.3];
ylim = [0.1 1];
ytick = [0.1 1];
I'll be on vacation from tomorrow till Tuesday. If gnuplot needs to be fixed
quickly, it is unlikely I'll be able to take a look (although there is a small
chance I'll get to it this evening).
