Details:
Octave has recently added support for nested functions. These join regular
functions, command line functions, anonymous functions, subfunctions, and
private functions in the arsenal of Octave. There needs to be a subchapter in
func.txi describing this new capability.
I have raised the severity of this issue to Important so it will block the
3.8.0 release until completed.
