Follow-up Comment #3:
The help_expand.diff patch is based on revision 818aa1ff0ad4, which isn't in
the Savannah repository. I tried applying it anyway, but it doesn't apply
cleanly at 0464e3ceb85b. Can you please rebase it to 0464e3ceb85b? Do
hg rebase --source 4b8c1099c87 --dest 0464e3ceb85b
You may have to resolve merge conflicts when doing this. See here for more
about enabling and using the rebase extension:

Alternatively, host your clone somewhere public (e.g. http://bitbucket.org)
and tell me which revision to pull, and I can deal with the trouble of
rebasing or merging.
Lastly, in the future, avoid submitting further patches to a closed bug or
issue. Instead, open a new issue in the bug or patch tracker.
