Details:

On my linux 64 bit machine computer('arch') returns

gnu-linux-x86_64

On windows 32 bit using the MSVC build it returns

mingw32-i686

On windows 64 bit using the MSVC build it also returns

mingw32-i686

Matlab returns for various systems
glnx86 - 32 bit linux
glnx64 - 64 bit linux
win32 - 32 bit windows
win64 - 64 bit windows

I don't really mind that it doesn't match ML, but it would be nice if it could
detect the 64 bit windows environment vs 32 bit.
