Details:

I used to be able to build the comm package from source, but I am having now
the following error message:


Making info comms.info
comms.texi:2821: raising the section level of @subsection which is too low
make[1]: *** [comms.info] Error 1


I suspect that this happens now because I upgraded texinfo to version 5.1 in
my system.

I tracked down the problem and could fix it by patching the doc/mktexi file. I
guess that the comm package gets this file from the admin/ directory, so I am
attaching to this bug report a patch to admin/mktexi.  The only drawback of
this patch is that  section title "Functions Alphabetically" will appear in
the chapter "Function Reference" of the info documentation, which did not
exist before.
