Details:

I could solve my former problem:

The cause lies in AQUAMACS (M-x run-octave) which I am using. My
configurations was in part with German as the default. But evidently it IS a
MUST to with to:
Options > Language > Set language Environment > English

Thank you for looking for a non existing error with Octave, I am sorry for
disturbing you.
