Follow-up Comment #1:
How about the following tweaks to your patch?
Note that "help end" shows the help for the magic indexing end function. This
could be argued to be another bug. But since that's the case currently, I
backed out your addition of @seealso{end}. Also the end keyword is discouraged
in Octave in favor of the specific endif, endfor, etc.
