A dialog will pop up. "File foo.m does not exist. Do you want to create it?"

Unfortunately, I'm too stupid to read the radio buttons and am clicking on the
right button instinctively to say "No", but it reads "Yes". I would expect a
different ordering of the buttons (at least on Windows).

Happened on Windows 7 (64bit), MXE Octave 3.8.2-3 from
