Follow-up Comment #5, bug #43827 (project octave): but the line <text fill="#000000" x="298.08" y="207.958" font-size="12" text-anchor="start" baseline-shift="-6" font-family="Helvetica">ZZZ</text> from foo.svg shows that the text itself ('ZZZ') gets shifted, not only the labels.
