Follow-up Comment #12:

@Mike: I used a very recent tip (2/3/15) and I don't experience any problem
with the test data.  I used the NSIS installer route and tried both reference
BLAS and OpenBLAS.  I think whatever gremlin was there has been excised.  If
you're fine with that level of testing you can close the report.
