Hi,

>From this page [1] I understand that in order to use NVBLAS, Octave should be
linked against both OpenBLAS (or a any full featured BLAS implementation) and
NVBLAS. The latter does not provide replacements for all BLAS routines so a
"drop-in" procedure is probably not gonna work.

I'll mark this report as "Feature Request" but NVBLAS non free licensing is
probably a show stopper.
