[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #44447] build_packages errors in MXE-Octave

Follow-up Comment #11, bug #44447 (project octave):

Sorry to barge in more from the end user side of things, but I have recently
started using 4.0.0.rc1 MXE to test for fixes to bugs in 3.8.2 MXE such as
#42309 and #44257.

Since these bugs are indeed fixed in 4.0.0.rc1, I would like to continue with
it, also to help a bit with beta testing. However, I see the same failures of
package builds as below (+optim) and my work desperately requires the signal
package, at least.

So, my question is where and how can I find out when/if control and signal
have been fixed/upgraded to 4.0.0.rc1? Octave-Forge is not very "telling" here
since it e.g. list >= 3.8.0 as the dependency for signal, which obviously is
only part-true...
