[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #44560] Cannnot load FLTK: 'library open failed'

Follow-up Comment #7, bug #44560 (project octave):

After deinstalling some older Octave versions and reinstalling 4.0.0-rc1
(again from ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/octave), loading fltk works fine now, even
if I invoke Octave through octave-4.0.0-rc1.exe.
This time I let the installer create shortcuts and used them for the very
first run of the freshly installed Octave - I don't know if this makes a
difference.
