Hi Evangelos Rozos,
this bugreport is for Octave 3.8.2 on Windoze. If you have similiar issues
with 3.8.1 on Ubuntu 14.10, then please open a new bugreport.
Please add: Are you running the CLI or GUI or can this be reproduced on both?
Do you see an error/warning? Have you installed Octave from Ubuntu repo or
build your own? Which OpenGL driver do you use? Any proprietary drivers?
Can you build [2] Octave 4.0.0 rc2 from source [1] with debugging symbols and
see if this problem still exists?
