Details:

I would like to bring to your notice that the function meshgrid define in the
libraries is not working properly.
I was previously working with octave 3.2.3 in ubuntu but after updating it to
3.8.2 in the windows 8.1 the function in not working as it used to be.
Please look into the matter.
