Follow-up Comment #15, bug #45082 (project octave): Theoretically what you said is quite right. I am using 64 bit version msys2 because it can be used both mingw32 and mingw64 using corresponding start up batch file. I am gnuplot a binary provider and build dependency libraries msys2(64bit). Sometimes build detection does not work irrelevant to 32bit or 64bit.
