Details:
Running the Octave GUI. Have tried with GNUplot 32 and 64 bit. Have tried
setting the "graphics_toolkit" to qt, gnuplot, ftlk.
>> available_graphics_toolkits
ans =
{
[1,1] = fltk
[1,2] = gnuplot
[1,3] = qt
}

If set to "qt" a window comes up, which is blank, then Octave stops
responding.
Tried: plot([1 2 3 4 5]) ... as well as other things.
In all cases it becomes unresponsive and must exit Octave.
