Follow-up Comment #3, bug #46041 (project octave):
I propose to name the file eu_ES.ts as e.g. Ubuntu already has support for
eu_ES locale [1].
I attached a diff of the .ts file: I followed the original (english string)
punctuation, and removed accelerators that are not present in the original
menu.
