Follow-up Comment #1, bug #46364 (project octave):
Hi,
Thanks for your report. This is a duplicate of bug#46204,
which was fixed on the stable branch. This fix will be part of a 4.0.1 bug fix
release of Octave.
Meanwile, you can set "Language" to English (en_US) in File | Preferences,
General tab.
