Update of bug #43505 (project octave): Status: None => In Progress _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #22: Regarding comment #21, there have been odd interactions between Java and the rest of Octave before. In the end they have often indicated some place where Octave was sloppy about memory initialization or new/delete calls were unpaired. It's been a long time since I've run Octave under valgrind, but I bet there are still a few memory leaks. It would be good for Avinoam to re-test a recent version of the dev branch to see if there is still a problem.
