The warning says it all: "warning: the 'chi2gof' function belongs to the
statistics package from Octave Forge but has not yet been implemented."
You can help to change this a provide a implementation of "chi2gof" and upload
it to the patch tracker. It's also possible to pay a programmer to implement
this for you. See the Octave webs
