Follow-up Comment #17, bug #45458 (project octave):
It sounds so. In my windows 7 I had slow executing only the very first time I
launched octave and plotted.
After your suggestion, I deleted the font cache, that is in
C:WindowsServiceProfilesLocalServiceAppDataLocal
and not %TEMP%
and back again it was slow.
