Follow-up Comment #29, bug #41027 (project octave):

The autoconf manual recommends including <config.h> so that a stray config.h
file is not accidentally picked up from the source tree when doing VPATH
builds.  I guess the same could be true of any generated header file.  And
since we always use -I options to specify where to search for files, including
searching the build tree, I guess we could use <> for all header files?
