Follow-up Comment #2:

octave_config_info was in a state of tranistion so to say :-)

A few weeks ago I have changed a few fields in PKG_ADD and (IIRC) some private
functions to catch newer Octave dev version for io-2.4.1.  That io pkg release
is pending, it is being tested by Avinoam but I haven't heard from him yet
(nor did I have time to put it on the release tracker).

As I'm away this week with other priorities (uhm, holiday :- ) I'll have a
look when I'm back (in March) if yet more changes are required.  Then I'll
make a new release.
The fixes are already in the repo in Octave-Forge, you can pick them up from
there => status set tp "Ready for test"

Release => dev
