Follow-up Comment #2, bug #47411 (project octave):
There is also a make dependency for all forge packages $(OCTAVE_FORGE_DEPS)
which includes all deps from all of-*.mk files, in mxe-octave, regardless of
whether they are in the list of packages that get installed or not.
It does assume there is a .mk file for the octave forge package which has the
PKG_DEPS variable set.
