Follow-up Comment #8, bug #31946 (project octave):

Another way to see it, is that if there's no error uninstalling a package, pkg
says nothing. So if you ask to uninstall two packages and only errors, it
complains about that one and says nothing about the other. Sounds like good
behaviour to me.

Yeah, what's the deal with that?
