Follow-up Comment #2, bug #47724 (project octave):
It looks like the path is an absolute path valid when jwe compiled this, which
should have been a path relative to the installation directory.
As a workaround for the documentation, you can set the environment variable
"OCTAVE_INFO_FILE" to point to wherever "octave.info" lives on a Windows
installation.
I'm not sure why it isn't finding the functions, though. Perhaps it is again
that the first session was relying on environment variables that changed.
