Follow-up Comment #7, bug #44185 (project octave): Octave 4.0.1 - Win64bit (Win10) I had the same problem - an error window (from windows) pops up telling me that 'gs.exe does not work any more' In Octave I got an error 'could not open C:UserspjoergAppDataLocalTempgs_xxxxx' solution: like in the original post here (Mikael Kurula): I downloaded gs from ghostscript homepage (win64 bit) and installed it.
