Follow-up Comment #9, bug #43098 (project octave): JWE, I'm happy to remove the tolerance. I figured it would be easier to remove than to add, so I put it in before seeking feedback. The attached version ignores roundoff in ranges, so it matches "all (r != 0)". It also makes first_array_as_logical_since_keyboard static, with a global reset function.
