Chuck, thank you for trying to help us improve Octave. But you have not given
much information to work with here. I'm going to close this as invalid since
this is not a bug report. If you can determine what is wrong with your
configuration or Octave's installation that is causing the program to not
start, please feel free to file another report that contains details about
what can be fixed in Octave.
