Follow-up Comment #1, bug #48847 (project octave):

Octave itself actually ignores that field, same as SystemRequirements, it's
only there as a hint to users and downstream packagers.

Do your tools depend on the correct wording? Because I'm finding it odd that
we use "SystemRequirements" and "BuildRequires" instead of "Requirements" or
"Requires" on both. Of course, if there are tools out there that depend on the
correct naming, I will fix the fem-fenics. If not, maybe we could make things
consistent on the manual.
