Follow-up Comment #1:
This works for me on Linux, but fails as you report on a Windows machine.
This is with the latest development code scheduled to become release 4.2.
The problem seems to be in the call to contour which returns the contours and
handles to the hggroup containing the lines. I checked between Linux and
Windows and the 'c' matrix is the same to within 1e-13. However, the h matrix
has two extra entries on the Windows side. One is an extra '5' label and the
other is the misplaced '15' label.
