Follow-up Comment #21, bug #44624 (project octave):

Eric, I pushed one more change to the configure.ac in the dicom package. 
Could you pull and update your clone of the dicom package and try again?


cd dicom
hg pull -u
make dist


I really think this is fixed now, can you confirm?
