Follow-up Comment #20, bug #47617 (project octave):
Current philosophy is that all modules are built, but return a "not supported"
error message. Don't know if it's better just to skip building if not
supported.
RPCINCLUDE is set to 'no'? This should not happen:
AC_SUBST([RPCINCLUDE], ["-I${tirpc_header_dir}"])
Could you attach the configure and build log?
