[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #44386] readline: tab completion shall consider @class constructor

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #44386 (project octave):

I've attached a patch which adds all class constructor and class method names
to the list of names (make_name_list() in help.cc) used in tab autocompletion.
The patch is based on HG changeset 22865:89756f2f085b. I'd be grateful if one
of the Octave maintainers could have a look at the patch (apologies in advance
if I'm missed some requirement for submitting Octave patches).
