Details:

The Mass option is not being correctly handled.

This is basically the same as the problem reported against the
odepkg versions of these functions in this bug report:
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=47596

But I'm resubmitting since these functions are now part of
core Octave.

I have attached two patch files that fix this problem.
