Details:

The steps of what I do is in the word document.

Can someone explain to me how I make sure my observation is unique, it seems
impossible to specify keywords to get a specific bug e.g plot and there are
1500 results in the bug list so I think we can help ourselves more by having
the instructions in the octave page and here how to be more specific otherwise
in the search box you type a word like plot and it brings up projet or give
back a null result.
I searched in bugs with the key words
plot octave malfunction, and nothing came up.

Also if I can help identify the source with the debugging (I am not a
programmer and easily complicate things, is there like a bug file report when
things happen that we can turn on for professionals, that we can send to you
guys?)
