Details:

Section links in GUI documentation browser are incorrect, for example:


Section: Terminal Input
Previous Section: Terminal Output
Next Section: Basic%20Input%20and%20Output
Up: %7


So it's impossible to open such file as "Basic%20Input%20and%20Output". Octave
4.2.0-rc2 Qt5-based GUI, openSUSE Tumbleweed, Qt 5.7.0.
