Update of bug #51808 (project octave): Status: Need Info => Works For Me _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #4: Same, apt-get install libsundials-serial-dev should be enough to get all the libraries needed. Make sure you delete any versions of SUNDIALS installed under /usr/local. I also downloaded sundials 2.6.2 and 2.7.0 from the upstream site and I don't see anything resembling a definition of IDADlsDenseJacFn that takes an int as the first argument. All versions also have IDAGetDky defined.
