Details:
Most of the code examples in the octave.pdf PDF user manual use double quotes
for strings. These copy just fine into octave command line when selected in
xviewer. However, there are some entries that use single quotes instead. I
know that LaTeX will use a backward apostrophe by default. It would be better
to make LaTeX use the "forward" or "closing" apostrophe within the @code{}
entries so that the reader can copy the examples directly to the Octave
command line.
