Follow-up Comment #16, bug #52797 (project octave):

@Rik: In bug #51949 you are saying that Alt+Left Mouse works on KDE (Oxygen)
for moving undocked widgets. That's good news! Last time I tested on KDE, this
did not work for me. Since this also works on Ubuntu Unity (and possibly in
other Linux distros), should we add an according tool tip to the title of
floating widgets?
