Actually not only hyperplanes but any linear subspaces of \mathbb{R}^n

n-1).

Yes, as probably always there are two aspects to test: whether the algorithm
is in principle correct, that is, disregarding inaccuracies and so on, the
results make sense for all allowed input data, and second, whether the
accuracy is okay. My tests address only the first part, and it would be good
to also test the second part, where it is not so important to cover all
qualitatively different inputs.
