Follow-up Comment #34, bug #53276 (project octave):
Here are some pics form
(1) Windows: all panes resizeble (cursor on any border) and draggable by
cursor on any "title"(?) bar
(2) Linux, before patch from comment #21: all panes resizable on any border
except upper (but sometimes work, perhaps needs extremely accurate mouse
cursor positioning), windows not draggable by upper bar
(3) Linux after patch: panes no more resizable except by cursor on on LR
corner
